1. BIA baseline session
We will go through your B Impact Assessment and discuss the best plan for your organization.
2. Pillar Sessions
Throughout your B Corp Certification process, you will have access to a B Leader. You will have sessions on each of the pillars
3. Coaching for Impact
A short training session to introduce the ins and outs of the B Corp assessment & B Corp movement. This step is about giving you the tools you need to tackle this certification process in-house.
4. Review & Submit
Once you have completed the B Impact Assessment, our team will conduct a comprehensive review and provide feedback on templates, policies, and responses. You will feel confident of your understanding of B Corp certification and your assessment before you submit it.

1. B Corp Quick Scan
Have your internal B Keeper (aka B Corp Ambassador) complete your B Impact Scan to get the most transparent picture of how your organization is doing.
2. B Corp Workshop
A custom workshop to help identify your short, mid, and long-term goals. We will end this workshop with an impact roadmap to highlight improvement points.
3. Pillar Sessions
We provide five live (or recorded) training sessions covering each of the B Impact Assessment pillars. We will use these sessions to answer questions, review current policies, and provide clarification.
4. Training for Action
It is time to train your teams on what B Corp Certification will mean for them. Note: This will only be for mid-to-large organizations.
5. Review & Submit
Once you have completed the B Impact Assessment, our team will conduct a comprehensive review and provide feedback on templates, policies, and responses. You will feel confident of your understanding of B Corp certification and your assessment before you submit it.

1. Kickoff Session
An introductory session to introduce the B Corp certification & the larger-scale impact movement. We will go through a quick B Impact Assessment and discuss the best plan for your organization. This step is to help set goals and project expectations.
2. Competitor & Market Scan
We conduct an in-depth market analysis and competitor research regarding sustainability strategies and practices.
3. Stakeholder Interviews
We interview the selected stakeholders identified in your kickoff session. These interviews will analyze the impact of your organization’s decisions and actions. We use our Impact Scan tool to guide these interviews.
4. B Corp Certification Plan
A custom workshop to help identify your short, mid, and long-term goals. This workshop will review insights from impact scan and stakeholder interviews and deliver an impact roadmap to highlight improvement points.
5. Building a Movement
We will deliver a clear illustration of your organization’s full impact beyond B Corp Certification. The scan will show you how your score compares to the industry benchmark and your main competitors. You will also receive an extensive summary of your competitors’ positioning on impact.
6. Review & Submit
Once you have completed the B Impact Assessment, our team will conduct a comprehensive review and provide feedback on templates, policies, and responses. You will feel confident of your understanding of B Corp certification and your assessment before you submit it.
